If you want to take Bus to Sorrento or Amalfi or back to Positano http://www.positanomap.it you can use this site, very cheap tickets, it's a normal big bus not a luxury bus. There have been some mornings and nights where the above residents were making noise like they were in construction. The staff are all very nice and friendly. The area of the hotel is clean and safe and most of the time quiet since it's low season. If you come during November or after most of the places here and Capri almost everything is closed and very little movement but still very beautiful and sometimes nice with less people. The breakfast was included with our room and all very delicious and a big breakfast indeed it was. I wish they had a microwave, and another thing I didn't like was the tub if I took a shower, the enclosure is small so water goes out and wets the floor. They have a safe which was good, free coffee, a small refrigerator and tea to make , coffee machine, kettle, and nice good AC. Overall the experience was well delightful, beautiful view, friendly people.

Great staff. It was perfect cozy place to stay in heart of positano. Hotel and restaurant staff were amazing and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was alright and did not live up to 4 star hotel standards. So definitely room for improvements. For parking, we recommend hotel to charge instead of we pay to parking lot people because we booked room with parking added and we thought charges will be paid directly to hotel instead we had to go to parking lot to pay and it's a hassle.

We stayed here for 3 nights in the romantic suite and will never forget it! The views were incredible, the room was stunning, and the hotel staff was so attentive and friendly. Every interaction we had with each employee was fantastic - they truly go above and beyond to make it an unforgettable experience and stay. The room was spacious and clean. The food at the restaurant was delicious. If we could rate the hotel beyond 5 stars, we absolutely would. Layla greeted us when we arrived and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They also have a cute hotel cat name Mohamed that we loved seeing in the lobby each day. We can’t wait to stay here again for a future anniversary! Thank you to the hotel & everyone who made our honeymoon stay incredible. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay here longer.

Amazing pasta and risotto, topped off with ice-cold beers for lunch. This hotel has tables right on the side of the cliff close to the road. The views over Positano are spectacular with lots of activities happening in the ocean. Service and atmosphere are wonderful. The only hard part is to find a car or bike spot to park other than that 10/10.

A pretty disappointing stay in Positano. Dont get me wrong this towns views are incredible but that’s about it. No one is talking about the fact that all restaurants besides 2 are closed at the moment which need a shuttle to get to. Not to mention their price gauging due to being the only two open. We paid a decent price to get a room upgrade to the junior suite. The mini pool on the balcony had so much chlorine that it burnt our skin and destroyed our swimmers. Parking was also 35 euro a night which they didn’t even let us pay at the hotel, had to do that through a seperate company even though it’s advertised on their website. They definitely charge 5 star hotel prices for definitely more of a 3 star service. Glad the other guests we met in the lobby thought the same thing.

Lovely hotel in a good location our room was very small, but served its purpose. The staff were all very friendly; Claudia, Leyla and Giada were most helpful and friendly! Breakfast was included in our rate and it was very good. We loved the pastery options in the box that we were served. We went in November, so the restaurant was only open for breakfast and lunch.
